Black TEA & Yuzu Gin Collins
The first of three delicious TEA cocktails from Rhonda Withers @the_margarita_mum
This recipe uses the very popular Australian Black TEA & Yuzu
- 60ml London Dry Style Gin
- 15ml Yuzu Liqueur
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 60ml Black Tea and Yuzu
- Barspoon Agave Syrup
- Add gin, liqueur , lemon juice and syrup to your cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice and Shake Vigorously until combined.
- Add Australian Black Tea and Yuzu and stir.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Double strain the cocktail glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated Lime slices
