Black TEA & Yuzu Gin Collins

The first of three delicious TEA cocktails from Rhonda Withers @the_margarita_mum   

This recipe uses the very popular Australian Black TEA & Yuzu

Can of East Forged Black tea near a glass of cocktail and ice bucket


  • 60ml London Dry Style Gin
  • 15ml Yuzu Liqueur
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 60ml Black Tea and Yuzu
  • Barspoon Agave Syrup


  1. Add gin, liqueur , lemon juice and syrup to your cocktail shaker.
  2. Add Ice and Shake Vigorously until combined.
  3. Add Australian Black Tea and Yuzu and stir.
  4. Fill glass with ice.
  5. Double strain the cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with dehydrated Lime slices
