How much Sugar, Calories & Alcohol in your drinks?
We’ve heard it before; you are what you eat. Everything should be done in moderation - but how often do you check the sugar, calorie or alcohol content of your favourite food and beverages? Most importantly, do you know how much of these ingredients you should be consuming and the effects they can have on your health if you have too much? Just because it says sugar-free, low-fat or alcohol-free - doesn’t mean it’s good for you, which is why it’s so important to read the label.

A tea drink that shows there is more to social drinking than alcohol
Elevating the tea experience is a top priority for our East Forged Co-founders Kym and Tania. They will jump on any opportunity to talk, write and drink tea. To say they are passionate about tea is an understatement because between them they have three tea companies! They compete in competitions, travel to origin and are actively involved in the industry here and internationally. They love to promote the value of tea as an ingredient and the impact it has for the beverage industry.
