Shipping and Delivery - Australia

• Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Express shipping takes 1 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Standard shipping is currently FREE.
• We work with a range of trusted courier partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
• We do not ship outside of Australia

Getting your address right

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, and arrange collection if the carrier leaves a notification (card, email or SMS). We cannot redirect a parcel once it is lodged. If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because it was not collected, what happens to your money is set out in the “Parcels that come back to us” section of our Returns & Refunds policy.

Track your delivery

We'll email you your tracking number.  The email will advise our current courier partner.

Delivery is by default - Authority to Leave.  What does this mean?

By default, our courier doesn’t need a signature — they can leave your parcel if there’s a safe place to do so. If you’re home when they arrive, they may still ask you to sign. If you’d prefer a signature every time, let us know in the Notes when you order. 

If no one is home, the parcel will be left in a safe place and a photo taken as proof of delivery. If there is no safe place, the courier will leave a notification card, and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office. 

Important Notes:

Tracking details can take a few hours to be updated by the courier.

These time-frames are estimates from our courier partners and aren’t guaranteed.
