The green tea tastes odd to me, and I can never finish a can. The black tea tastes the best, while the white tea is quite plain. Overall, I find the beverages overpriced.
When I bought the combo, I did not see the ingredients on the shop’s website and was disappointed to find preservatives after receiving them. When I contacted the seller, they told me I had bought too many for a first purchase and even referred to the exact date I browsed their website to argue that the ingredients were available. I did not feel like a valued customer.
In response to the seller’s reply: they offered a return, but with a 15% restocking fee plus transport costs. I decided it was not worth the trouble and kept what I had already paid for. Keeping the drinks does not mean my concerns disappeared or that I would buy them again. This review simply reflects my experience with the products and service.
